Unique automation in a single system
- The automation-friendly Data Matrix code, applied to the bottom of storage tubes, has been the standard for many years, significantly simplifying sample handling.
- However, many users want to mark tubes with specific information and move away from tedious and unreliable labeling methods.
- To meet this need, LVL technologies has developed the fully automated SAFE® tube laser engraver.
- This device enables precise, individual laser coding of tubes within racks, thereby improving sample handling and traceability.
APPLICATION
For maximum flexibility and compatibility
- The TLM 864 can automatically laser-code SAFE® tubes in SBS 96, SBS 48, and SBS 24 formats on both sides and link this information to a database containing the 2D code laser-etched during production.
- It can code up to 500 tubes per hour from nine SBS/ANSI positions. The information to be applied is created and transmitted from an external PC.
- The device is configured via an integrated touchscreen, allowing for quick and efficient customization of the code to meet specific laboratory requirements.
