Hi-Calc, developed by CyRISBio, is a complex data analysis software that centralizes and interprets results from various types of laboratory readers, such as colorimetric, fluorescence, luminescence, and HTRF. Hi-Calc is designed to perform quantitative analyses using complex curves (linear, polynomial, 4PL, 5PL) and qualitative analyses based on parameterized equations.

The software is capable of rapidly processing inter-plate dilutions for robotic platforms with 96/384-well pipetting heads, while ensuring continuous monitoring of internal controls via Levey-Jennings charts.

The interface is user-friendly and customizable to display only relevant features, simplifying operation for end users.
