CyRISBio - Serving the life sciences

CyRISBio's mission is to support all life sciences companies in their automation projects to expand their research and innovation capabilities.

Today, CyRISBio is a team of 10 people whose core strengths—responsiveness, creativity, and quality—serve numerous clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics industries.

To continue our growth, we are organizing our operations into three complementary divisions:

  • The SOLUTIONS division, which aims to design and build complete automation systems
  • The INSTRUMENTATION division, tasked with identifying and distributing the best equipment and products on the market for our clients
  • The SERVICES division, whose mission is to ensure maximum performance and uptime for our clients' equipment

CyRISBio's ambition is to become a key player in Europe for supporting life sciences companies over the next 5 years.

Qualifications

We are looking for an R&D engineer specializing in robotics, computer science, or mechatronics to contribute to both the development of CyRISBio products and the improvement of the robotic platforms installed at our clients' sites.

Your project will be to continue the development of our Hi-Aliquot product, a robotic pipetting platform. One of the main challenges is to automate a feature for detecting different liquid phases within a

single container using image analysis.

The goal is to design and assemble the best solutions to meet client needs in terms of functionality, performance, and quality.

To do this, you will be involved in every stage of a project:

From solution research

• Cameras

• Algorithm specialized in image analysis

• Various sensors …

Programming

• Robotics development: arm control, etc.

• Development of embedded module controls

• C# application development

And finally, testing and validation

Throughout your internship, you will work in close collaboration with the entire CyRISBio team and may be called upon to support the maintenance or sales teams.

Profile

Organized, dynamic, and curious, with a strong ability to take initiative, you are looking for an educational and rewarding internship.

You have mastered programming languages through a project or professional experience, ideally related to image analysis management. You have also worked on programming projects involving

robotics.

You possess the tenacity required to gather the information needed for your mission from various internal and external stakeholders.

You are available for a 6-month internship, after which we may consider hiring you to support CyRISBio in its growth.
