Equipped with two independent channels and a continuous conveyor belt, it combines speed and loading capacity while being easily integrated into an automated workflow.

This device manages volumes ranging from 5 µl to 5 ml, with a processing capacity of 1,000 plates in under 6 hours.

Designed for simple and secure use, the HiTrack-Dispenser integrates a collaborative robotic arm compatible with the Universal Robots UR5, ensuring automated plate loading and unloading.
The system features advanced functions such as barcode reader traceability, microplate presence and height detection, and simplified startup via an intuitive interface. User safety is ensured by a scanner compliant with the ISO 10218-1:2011 standard, guaranteeing maximum protection in production environments.
The HIDispenser is designed to offer maximum flexibility for various laboratory applications, with advanced technical features that ensure reliable and precise performance.
- Volume Capacity : From 5 µL to 2000 µL per well, suitable for various microplate formats, including 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, and 384-well plates as well as microtubes.
- Speed : Capable of filling 4 microplates in under 4 minutes, accelerating testing and production workflows.
- Precision: For a 20 µL water volume, the CV is <3% (5 mL syringe)
